In Situ will be part of the Equipe 'Cone Penetration in Geotechnical Practice' course
In Situ SI are delighted to be part of the upcoming Equipe training course ‘Cone Penetration Testing in Geotechnical Practice’ , to be held at Brunel University, London, from the 24th – 25th November 2015. Our MD Darren Ward will be sharing his expertise to the attendees present for the two-day course.
The other expert speakers, will be: Dr John Powell, who is the Technical Director of GEOLABS Ltd, and has spent most of his career pioneering geotechnical work at BRE, and Tom Lunne, expert advisor at NGI, who is one of the authors of Cone Penetration Testing in Engineering Practice.
The course is billed as an essential and comprehensive training course, which can also serve as a refresher for geotechnical and geo-environmental practitioners involved in Cone Penetration Testing (CPT) for Onshore and Offshore Geotechnics. The course is designed to improve awareness and expertise in current test procedures, advances, data derived from the tests and the importance of quality control.
The intensive and all-encompassing course, covers two days, and delegates will also receive a copy of the indispensible tome ‘Cone Penetration in Geotechical Practice’.
